Harsh Gupta, M.D.

I was born and raised in the mega city of New Delhi, India. My deep interest in human anatomy, enthusiasm for the medical sciences, and a desire to be a healer propelled me to pursue a career in medicine. During my electives in the United States, I was excited to see the research opportunities and energetic atmosphere here and decided to pursue neurology residency in the US. UAMS offers an excellent training in neurology. Being the only teaching hospital in the state, we get to see a great variety of cases, we have faculty in all sub-specialties of neurology, and equal balance between outpatient and inpatient training. Our faculty is very supportive and willing to walk that extra mile to solve your problems. The relative low cost of living, natural beauty, and great restaurants make Little Rock a good place to live in. After my residency in Neurology, I would like to complete a fellowship in Movement Disorders. My interests include chess, badminton, and biking along the river.
