Vivek Yadala, M.D.

I am from Hyderabad, a multi-cultural city in South India. As a true Hyderabadi, I love food and sports. My passions include tennis, table tennis, cricket, and distance running.

Moving to United States with goals and aspirations, I noticed people of different backgrounds from around the world, working together, and working efficiently- an aspect that pleasantly reinforced my decision to relocate. The multi-cuisine food was a bonus!

Neurology always excited me. I believe that our mind is the most sophisticated and powerful creation of nature. With neurological disorders causing substantial morbidity and mortality, having this opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives drives me to work hard. Training at an established and well reputed institution like UAMS is a major advantage in this huge learning phase.

With a lot of outdoor activities, beautiful locations and pleasant weather, Little Rock is the perfect place for me to live in!
